About the style: "Old World"

Over time, as friends and clients would see the steps in painting the realism portraits, they remarked how interesting the beginning stages were. This is the stage of more neutral tones that build the layers to color. Jason modified a few steps and called it the Old World style.

In his paintings you will see emotion more so in this style and his Layers of Life style than in most regular portrait paintings.

He says having no emotion for a painting is the same as no soul for the body. He wants you to see the soul in his paintings.
